The Wallet System allows you to add funds to your account in advance, making license purchases instant and seamless. You can pay using traditional currencies or cryptocurrencies.

How to Charge Your Wallet
Step 1: Access Wallet
- Login to your Customer Panel
- Navigate to "My Wallet" from the sidebar
- View your current balance
Step 2: Enter Amount
- Enter the amount you want to add (minimum $1.00)
- Select your preferred currency:
- Traditional: USD, EUR, GBP
- Cryptocurrency: BTC, ETH, LTC
Step 3: Complete Payment
- Click "Proceed to Payment"
- You'll be redirected to Plisio payment gateway
- Complete the payment using your selected method
- After payment confirmation, funds will be added to your wallet
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Using Wallet Balance
Purchase Licenses
When purchasing licenses:
- Go to "Purchase License"
- Select software and enter details
- The system will check your wallet balance
- If sufficient, payment is deducted automatically
- License is created instantly
Auto Renewal
When auto-renewal is enabled:
- License renews automatically before expiry
- Payment is deducted from wallet balance
- You'll receive email notifications
- If balance is insufficient, renewal fails and you'll be notified

- You initiate wallet charge

- You complete payment on Plisio
- Plisio sends callback to our system
- Wallet balance is updated
- You receive confirmation

- Pending: Payment awaiting confirmation
- Failed: Payment failed or cancelled

View all your wallet transactions:
- Transaction ID: Unique identifier
- Amount: Charged amount

Wallet balance is non-refundable. However, unused balance remains in your account for future purchases.

If payment fails, no funds are deducted. You can retry the payment or contact support for assistance.
Can I use wallet for reseller account?
Customer wallet is separate from reseller balance. If you have a reseller account, you need to add balance separately to your reseller account.
