Customer Panel Guide
Customer Panel Overview
The Customer Panel is your personal control center for managing licenses, payments, and account settings.
Getting Started
To get started with the Customer Panel, you need to create an account and login.
Registration
To get started, you need to create a customer account:
- Go to Customer Registration
- Fill in your details:
- Username (unique, 3-50 characters)
- Email address
- Full name
- Password (minimum 6 characters)
- Submit the form
- You'll be automatically logged in
Login
To access your customer panel:
- Go to Customer Login
- Enter your username and password
- Optionally check "Remember Me" for persistent login
- Click Login
Dashboard
Your dashboard provides an overview of your account:
Statistics
- Total Licenses: Count of all your licenses
- Active Licenses: Currently active licenses
- Expired Licenses: Licenses that have expired
- Wallet Balance: Your available funds
- Reseller Balance: Your reseller account balance (if you have one)
Recent Activity
- View your 5 most recent licenses
- Quick access to license details
License Management
Complete control over your licenses:
View All Licenses
Location: /customer/licenses
View all your licenses in a sortable, filterable table:
- License key
- Software name
- IP address
- Status (Active/Expired/Disabled)
- Expiry date
- Auto-renewal status
- Actions (View, Toggle Auto-Renewal)
Purchase License
Location: /customer/license/purchase
Purchase new licenses using your wallet balance:
- Navigate to "Purchase License"
- Select the software you want
- Enter the server IP address
- Choose duration (1-12 months)
- Review the total price
- Confirm purchase
View License Details
Click on any license to view detailed information:
- License key
- Installation command
- IP address
- Software information
- Expiry date
- Status
Auto Renewal
Enable automatic renewal for your licenses:
- Toggle auto-renewal on/off for each license
- When enabled, license will automatically renew before expiry
- Payment is deducted from your wallet
- You'll receive notifications about renewals
Wallet System
Pre-fund your account for instant license purchases:
View Wallet
Location: /customer/wallet
Check your current wallet balance and transaction history.
Charge Wallet
Add funds to your wallet:
- Go to "My Wallet"
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Select currency (USD, EUR, GBP, BTC, ETH, LTC)
- Click "Proceed to Payment"
- Complete payment via Plisio (cryptocurrency)
- Funds will be added to your wallet after payment confirmation
Supported Payment Methods:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Litecoin (LTC)
- Traditional currencies (USD, EUR, GBP)
Login to Reseller Panel
Location: /customer/login-to-reseller
If you have your own reseller account, you can switch to reseller panel:
- Navigate to "Login to Reseller" from customer panel
- System will check if you have an active reseller account
- If valid, you'll be redirected to reseller panel
- You can switch between customer and reseller panels
Become a Reseller
Convert your customer account to a reseller account:
Requirements
- Minimum 10 Active Licenses: You must have at least 10 active licenses
- Valid Account: Your customer account must be active
How to Become a Reseller
- Navigate to "Become Reseller" in your customer panel
- Check your active licenses count
- If you have 10+ active licenses, fill in the form:
- Reseller/Brand name
- Main domain (optional)
- Domain (optional)
- Folder (9 characters, optional)
- Key CMD (3 characters, optional)
- Submit the form
- Your reseller account will be created instantly
- You'll receive your reseller token
- All your existing licenses will be transferred to your reseller account
After Becoming a Reseller
- You can access both Customer and Reseller panels
- Your reseller level is determined by active licenses
- You'll receive progressive discounts
- You can use API for automation
- You can offer trial licenses (if your level supports it)
Profile Management
Location: /customer/profile
Manage your account settings:
- Update Name: Change your display name
- Update Email: Change your email address
- Change Password: Update your account password
- View Recent Payments: See your payment transaction history
Payment Management
Manage payments and view transaction history:
- Create Payment: Create payment invoice (
/customer/payment) - Payment History: View all payment transactions (
/customer/payment/history) - Transaction Details:
- Transaction ID
- Amount and currency
- Payment status
- Date and time
- Transaction type (Wallet charge, License purchase)
